As our Product Designer, you’ll set the pace and bar for the entire company on how we help our customers embark on one of the most transformative and expensive decisions of their lives: owning real estate for their business. You’ll spend your time rapidly transforming customer problems to designs to features to products that bring joy and value to our customers’ lives.
What you'll do:
- Set the pace and quality bar for the entire company on innovation. Hold us to both the highest standard of design principles and relentless pace of experimentation and execution.
- Fly the plane while you build it. Talk to customers every single day while concurrently ideating, creating, and iterating on user flows, prototypes, and designs.
- Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution. Use data and your intuition to prioritize, plan, and help scope our product roadmap. Own and build a scalable design system.
