Titan is the rebel challenger in a very old industry. The present era is run by ancient players: Fidelity, Schwab, & Goldman Sachs. The problem is that none of them were built on modern rails and have horrible user experiences. There have been new things built (think: “investing apps”). They are either 1) gimmicky casinos or 2) sleepy commodities. We won’t say names. Why hasn’t anyone built a modern Goldman Sachs for everyone? That’s our mission.

Titan is a next-generation investment firm. We aspire to lead our generations’ wealth.

We are fighters at heart. We fight to build products that are truly democratized. For example, we launched the first institutional grade cash management product open to everyday investors via Titan Smart Cash. We launched the first ever Venture fund for everyday investors in partnership with Cathie Wood’s ARK. I want you to know I’ve written every word here personally not only because I think this a massive opportunity to build an industry-defining product, but because I want to work with people that value clarity, transparency, and ambition.

As a product designer at Titan you will report to me as Head of Design. Your mission will be to help drive phenomenal design outcomes within your squad.

• You will define, explore, and solve complex challenges in close collaboration with teammates from engineering, product, brand, and investor relations.
• You will design engaging, high quality outcomes that delight with their emotional intelligence as much as their financial success.
• You will participate in user research and usability studies to develop a deep empathy and understand of our clients and their needs.
• You will work with design teammates to set a high bar for design within our team and within Titan.

What You'll Do

• Help drive projects to the finish line that balance vision, craft, and speed.
• Act as champion for our users and of simple, high-quality experiences.
• Develop design concepts with executive partners that push our product forward.

Your Receipts

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2 years of professional Product Design experience.
• Experience shipping software in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience designing in high-ambiguity environments.
• Experience designing for mobile applications.
• A clear, strong portfolio of case studies that highlights a focus on great visuals.
• Fluency with Figma.
