- Successfully manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication with leaders and stakeholders on progress and plans
- Lead discovery sessions colleagues across the organization to gather process insights, prepare detailed process maps and document improvement opportunities
- Derive high level observations around opportunities for improvement and make recommendations on solutions to address the root cause
- Collaborate with members of the engagement team and key stakeholders on the priority of enhancements and communicate estimated delivery
- Assisting team members with translating business needs into detailed technical requirements
- Serve as a critical team member in the implementation of new software / technologies across the organization while driving a culture of agility and change
- Prepare standard operating procedures, training materials and other critical knowledge transfer materials to drive solution adoption and a positive colleague experience
- Be a champion of change
- Strong organizational and time management skills to create and execute against plans
- You are curious and purpose driven and seek opportunities to understand more deeply what's going on around you
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify a path through challenges / roadblocks
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish successful collaborative partnerships and build confidence with our colleagues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the confidence to present observations in a clear and concise manner
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory with a background in business management, accounting, information systems or a related discipline
- Experience as Business Transformation Analyst or Business Analyst is a plus.
- Exposure to process mapping, product development and /or technology implementation a plus
- Growth Champion Program to help facilitate ongoing performance feedback
- Covered Becker costs to assist with the completion of the CPA exam
