Responsibilities include:

• Work in close collaboration with the Firm’s Legal Talent Manager and department to coordinate all aspects of attorney status changes, including interoffice transfers, leaves of absence, secondments and changes in employment status;
• Handle various aspects of Attorney Leaves and Secondments with oversight from Legal Talent Manager;
• Administer logistics related to attorneys transitioning to alternative work arrangements;
• Assist with special and highly confidential projects involving cross functional collaboration with various Firm departments;
• Coordinates all office transfer logistics;
• Support Legal Talent Manager by helping to field questions and requests from legal staff and prepare support materials, as needed.

Qualifications include:

• 4 years of Legal Personnel experience or applicable experience in a service industry firm; bachelor's degree required;
• Superior judgment and ability to deal discreetly with confidential information;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to successfully work and interact with attorneys at all levels;
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and competing deadlines;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal personnel databases and demonstrate the ability to learn, use and drive developments of various homegrown legal talent and recruiting applications.
