We are looking for a Sr Staff System Test & Integration Engineer to join the Systems Test Team and support the aircraft level integrated testing. You will be responsible for designing, procuring, assembling and commissioning test assets used for the Verification and Validation (V&V) of Wisk Generation 6 Aircraft Systems. 

What you will do:

• Become intimately familiar with the aircraft architecture and software design
• Lead the system level integrated test campaigns for the development and certification testing of the aircraft systems
• Drive a cross functional team to develop test requirements, test plans and troubleshoot issues
• Define the certification and conformity path for the integrated test asset
• Establish traceability using requirement management tools and version control
• Write test specification, operation manual and test procedures
• Develop wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
• Select and integrate transducers and data acquisition devices into test setups
• Develop test scripts in Labview or Python
• Automate test execution, data collection and post-processing to increase test cadence and reporting, ease operation and increase safety
• Source and coordinate external suppliers and lab
• Support procurement and assembly of the test fixtures
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and software issues during testing
• Maintain test stations, configuration management, calibration log and upgrade them with the latest hardware and software versions
• Ensure and improve safety protocols

• B.S. or M.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering degree
• 12 years of relevant work experience
• 6 years of hands-on test and certification experience in aerospace
• Proficient with Serial Protocols, Ethernet, ARINC communication protocols.
• Familiarity with DO-160, DO-178C, DO-254, Part 23/25, regulations, or similar standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience certifying complex integrated systems 
• Familiar with with National Instrument (NI) tools and hardware (Veristand, Labview, PXI)
• Coding experience (C , Python)
• Familiarity with Linux 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
