Location: Lexington
Salary: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mail Fulfillment Center Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to mail processing and fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and process incoming mail accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and postage.
- Operate mail processing equipment such as postage meters and folding machines.
- Maintain organized records of mail transactions and deliveries.
- Assist with inventory management of mail supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and postal regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily mail processing goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in mailroom operations or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with mail processing equipment.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to [insert weight limit] pounds.
