Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Mobile Expert. As a Mobile Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their mobile device needs. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to sell mobile devices and accessories.
Duties:
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of mobile devices
- Assist customers in selecting the right mobile device and accessories based on their needs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Proven ability to sell products or services and meet sales targets
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills
