We’re looking to hire a self-motivated individual to fill the role of Property Manager in the Georgetown, KY area. This position is under the general direction of the Property Manager and assists with the overall operations of the property. Qualified candidates will have previous housing experience, computer skills, possess good organizational skills and customer service skills.

Property Name/Address: Overlook II & III at Elkhorn Creek Apts. - 101 Overview Path, Georgetown, KY 40324.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week). 

Working Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour, plus potential for bonuses (NOI, recertifications and move-ins).

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Previous property management, property leasing or housing experience required.
  • Knowledge and working experience of tax credit programs, preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effectively communicates with staff, residents, vendors and other individuals.
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Steady work history. 
  • Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Property Manager with the leasing and marketing of the property.
  • Responsible for showing units to prospects.
  • Assists with move-in file compliance, adhering to Affordable Housing program guidelines.
  • Assists with and processes Tenant Annual Recertifications.
  • Alerts Property Manager of any issues or damages on the property.
  • Enters work orders as reported by tenants.
  • Assists with and conducts unit inspections.
  • Issues late rent notices.
  • Assist with the resolution of tenant complaints and addresses concerns.
  • Completes all duties as assigned by the Field Supervisor and Property Manager.
