We are a personal injury law firm seeking a full-time litigation scheduling assistant. This position is in office Monday - Friday.

You will be responsible for litigation calendars for 2 attorneys. You will work closely with other members of our staff and our attorneys, as well as assist with e-filing.

Job duties will include:

• E-Filing
• Schedule depositions/mediations/CMEs with opposing Counsel and Judicial Assistants
• Calendar deadlines and events
• Manage and maintain 2 attorney's calendars
• Assist in trial prep with the litigation team

Attorney scheduling experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
