Position Details
W. B. Atkinson Science Building Room 319
- Master’s Degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field, with at least 18 graduate hours of coursework from an accredited institution.
- One year or more of successful teaching experience in Organic Chemistry.
Lecture: Monday through Friday from: 8:00 am to 10:00 AM
- Must be able to use and work from a course syllabus, maintain grades and record keeping using Canvas Learning Management System is required.
- Should be proficient in technologies and teaching with various tools such as projectors, laser pointers, lab equipment and presentation software.
- Three years or more of successful teaching experience.
- Demonstrate effective classroom management, correspondence with students, faculty, staff and administration.
- A dedication to providing a positive high-quality learning environment is essential.
- Previous experience using Banner and Canvas systems.
