Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and machinery, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent mechanical knowledge, and a proven track record in maintenance management. Responsibilities: - Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance - Conduct regular inspections of machinery, identifying potential issues and coordinating repairs - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees - Oversee facility maintenance, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, etc. - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Participate in the development of capital improvement projects and manage their implementation Experience: - Previous experience in maintenance management or a similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues - Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical schematics - Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team - Experience in facilities management and project management is preferred - Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices and regulations We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
