Wingate Companies, seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join its team of property management professionals at our apartment communities in Harrisburg, PA. The Maintenance Supervisor's role requires overseeing all maintenance of our apartment community in Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following areas of routine, preventative and emergency maintenance.

• Electrical • Plumbing • Appliance Repair • Basic Carpentry • Painting and Drywall Repair- Basic HVAC knowledge and Snow Removal.

Requirements of the position

• Ability to communicate in written and verbal form effectively
• Ability to facilitate bids for capital projects
• Excellent customer Service Skills a must
• Minimum 3 years prior experience in the residential maintenance field
• On-Call coverage rotation for emergencies
• Ability to respond and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Ability to supervise all maintenance personnel
• Ability to coordinate daily schedules for maintenance staff
• Reliable vehicle needed for on call coverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
