Currently we are growing in the Central PA market and are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a new acquisition. JOB SUMMARY:

Oversee property maintenance of grounds, building facilities and guest rooms. Responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep, preventive maintenance, small repair and tasks, special projects and communicating larger maintenance needs to the General Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure the best possible lodging experience for each guest.

2. Follow the appearance and grooming guidelines for the hotel.

3. Wear a provided maintenance uniform and nametag at all times on property.

4. Order and install small maintenance items as needed for repair.

5. Complete tasks and assignments on the daily maintenance checklist.

6. Complete maintenance request forms within 24 hours.

7. Complete preventive maintenance program on a timely basis.

8. Respond to maintenance emergencies timely, on a 24 hour call basis.

9. Practice safe working conditions under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines.

10. Provide safe chemical handling as described in MSDS sheets.

11. Empty exterior trash receptacles as needed.

12. Ensures that exterior building and grounds are clean by use of a pressure washer, lawn mower and blower.

13. Paint walls, ceilings, doors and window trim as need.

14. Maintains clean, organized maintenance workshop and storerooms.

15. Oversees employees in the maintenance department to ensure they are meeting the expectations of the hotel and brand.

16. Gives assignments to other maintenance employees. Inspects work to ensure completion and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
