Hotel Maintenance Technician
Econolodge Hershey/Harrisburg is looking to hire a maintenance technician to help with routine maintenance and fixing any immediate issue relating to the job duties described below
- Painting and minor Drywall work
- Routinely clean and maintain HVAC systems
- Routinely clean and maintain Laundry systems
- Minor Plumbing work in hotel rooms
- Minor electrical work in hotel rooms including replacement of bulbs, fixtures and outlets
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain and store securely Landscaping equipments
- Maintain and store securely Snow removal equipments
- Help with routine Landscaping work
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise and guide others
