Windowman of South Florida is Hiring a Sales Associate Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
Impact Window and Door Company in Pompano Beach is searching for a self-motivated, driven Sales Associate to join our team. Must be a fast learner, detail-oriented, have great customer service skills, able to multi-task and have a “can-do” attitude.
Candidate will be responsible for all sales activities from Lead Generation through to close. The candidate will be responsible for developing builder and high-end residential client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance with our impact product line
Remain knowledgeable on all products offered and discuss available options
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive, trusting relationships with customers
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with impact windows/doors is REQUIRED – DO NOT APPLY if you do not have experience.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices in relation to retail sales
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Working knowledge of the impact window and door market in South Florida.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Self starter and strong work ethic
