Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as a Community Outreach and Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for post-tour follow-up calls for communities without a Sales Director or those in need of additional support. Your primary goal will be to assist in closing sales while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers a commission-based incentive structure, making it ideal for individuals with sales experience or excellent communication skills.

Base Salary plus a competitive bonus structure!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct post-tour follow-up calls to potential clients, assisting in closing sales and providing necessary information.
• Assist in gathering required documentation for admissions processes.
• Ensure timely updating of CRM system with all tasks and tour ceremonies.
• Support social media posting efforts and utilize marketing tools like Aiyana to enhance online presence.
• Assist in event logistics to ensure successful community outreach activities.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a related industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to designated locations as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
