Our Service Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations/services. They would be responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.

Core Role Responsibilities

  • Schedules service appointments with customers
  • Reviews new service requests for accuracy; contacts customers as appropriate
  • Opens new services and closes completed services
  • Manages service pipeline
  • Maintains Field Technicians service information/paperwork
  • Maintains communication with customers
  • Orders/tracks parts; receives and maintains parts
  • Receives and maintains Inventory of service parts
  • Resolves relevant customer issues as appropriate
  • Collects payments as necessary
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • 2 year of similar administrative support experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environment
  • Home Improvement/Home Services experience a plus
