Boiler Supply is Hiring a Service Coordinator Near Nashville, TN

Our company is looking for a highly motivated, self-starting individual to fill an opening in our Nashville TN location. Our company specializes in boiler and boiler related equipment sales, service and repair, with offices in Georgia and Tennessee. The position classification within our company is that of a Field Service Coordinator. Below is a list of the duties, responsibilities & required qualifications necessary to be considered for employment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Take incoming service calls - includes assessment of current schedule to determine the most
effective options and utilize technician GPS and client location information to create efficient service routes.
2. Monitoring service tickets to ensure timely resolution; working with technicians to resolve issues and complete tickets.
3. Mapping out technicians daily service tickets based on knowledge of urgency of ticket, customer frustration level, technician skill set, and efficient use of time.
4. Work daily with Service & Quality Control Manager to report on productivity of technicians and resolve any performance/customer satisfaction issue related to service tickets.
5. Ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded on each service ticket including response and resolution time.
6. Support Field Technicians by providing accurate job information.
7. Create jobs for Service Technicians and Boilermakers.
8. Coordinate and assist on Pre-Job Meetings for upcoming projects.
9. Monitor pending jobs submitted by Account Managers to ensure timely job scheduling.
10. Assign and enter POs in FieldServio.
11. Follow-up on open Purchase Orders.
12. Handle SDA for Warranties.
13. Maintain Service Technician and Boilermaker timesheets daily.
14. Follow-up calls on all service calls performed
15. Assist Billing Specialist as needed.
16. Assist Service Manager as needed.
17. Assist with branch operations as needed.
18. Reasonable, reliable attendance.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. 3-5 years relevant experience in similar service scheduling environment
3. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
4. Ability to maneuver through different computer software programs
5. Customer Service skills
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills
7. Efficient
8. Organized
9. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Physical & Personal Requirements:
1. Successfully pass a drug test and background check
2. Efficient, organized & the willingness to adapt to change
3. Ability to self‐direct, with reasonable, reliable attendance
4. Good communication and customer service skills
5. Problem solving skills with a “Can/Will Do” attitude
6. Occasionally required to stand or walk; sit at a desk for up to 8hours a day.
7. Ability to work in a controlled climate (68-72 degrees).
8. Occasionally required to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
9. Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
10. Reach with hands and arms; balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl ; talk or hear; taste or smell.
11. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
