Job Description: As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing maintenance, repairs, and service support for our customers' storm protection systems. We are looking for individuals with experience in window and door installations who are detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on windows and doors
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with storm protection systems
• Provide exceptional customer service during service calls
• Maintain accurate records of service visits and repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Follow company safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in window and door installations is essential
• Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Training: Training will be provided at our Port Saint Lucie office for one week to familiarize you with our products, maintenance procedures, and service protocols.
