Responsibilities

  • Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers
  • Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to provide appropriate suggestions
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Stay knowledgeable about the market trends and best practices
  • Present properties to potential buyers and address their questions or concerns
  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Proven track record of successful sales
