As our Assembly Tester, your primary role will involve conducting thorough electrical tests on assemblies, utilizing both manual and automatic testing equipment. You will be responsible for identifying and rectifying faulty wiring terminations. Additionally, effective communication with the production team regarding work-in-progress (WIP) defects for rework and repair will be crucial. You will also play a key role in safely troubleshooting any electrical problems that may arise during testing.

Supports QA functions in performing root cause analysis. Works with Production, Quality, and Engineering Departments to identify test fixtures, harnesses, equipment, and programs that are in need of repair, maintenance and/or calibration. Assists with training and orientation of employees
