ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST ROLE
We are seeking a Partnership Development Specialist to join our growing team! WIN's exceptional brand, #1 ranking, and unique digital marketing attract entrepreneurs, who reach out to WIN seeking opportunities to start their own WIN franchised businesses and serve their local communities. This creates a high-quality and evergreen inbound pipeline. Working alongside a highly collaborative team, you'll utilize our proven system to nurture this inbound pipeline and convert those inbound leads into Strategic Partners (SPs).
You'll receive hands-on training on our processes and state-of-the-art CRM system. You will operate in a unique team-oriented environment to convert qualified inbound leads into WIN SPs. You'll build genuine relationships with entrepreneurs interested in becoming a WIN franchise owner. You are empathetic, tenacious, genuinely interested in helping others, and a great listener with phenomenal people skills. You are self-disciplined, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Whether you've worked in real estate / mortgage services, inside sales, or as an advisor to small businesses, we'd love to speak with you if you love building and nurturing relationships.
• Bottom line, we're looking for candidates who have compassion, desire for helping others, and are highly motivated to keep learning and growing
• You like to work hard, have fun, laugh with colleagues, and embrace accountability
