Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities

We are looking for a high-energy and ambitious individual to join our Membership Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a tenacious attitude and an innovative sales approach to generate and convert leads into loyal customers.

What you'll be doing includes but isn't limited to;

  • Driving membership sales by promoting our suite of content offerings to potential customers.
  • Meeting & exceeding daily & weekly goals for sales activity and closing deals on new memberships.
  • Providing timely support via phone and or email in response to inquiries from potential customers.
  • Building and growing a database of customers whilst enhancing the sales pipeline with qualified leads.
  • Staying up to date on our value proposition, the compliance industry and our competitor activities.
  • Collaborating with our Sales Director to achieve new business monthly sales goals.

Essential and desirable capabilities

We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes...

We know it’s not a skill, but the successful candidate must have permission to work in the role’s location by the start of their employment.

You will also need;

  • Proven experience in selling, sales prospecting, business development and marketing.
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive and collaborative team member. 
  • Curiosity to acquire feedback, accept mentoring, and undergo training for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills to plan & prioritize your work effectively. 
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
