Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you will be responsible for washing and restocking glassware for the bar. You will also be responsible for sanitization of bar area.
Duties:
- Wash & Sanitize glassware for bar
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Skills:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
