This position is weekends and mornings only. A set shift Saturday and Sunday are mandatory.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Upsell drink specials and promote menu items
- Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the menu
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $18.23 - $21.95 per hour
