Willowood Developmental Center is currently accepting resumes and interviewing for the following positions:

Position: Day Program Manager

Location: Byram

Qualifications or Skills Required:

• Bachelors Degree in a mental health related field
• Minimum 5 years experience with Developmentally Disabled Adults
• 2 years management experience
• Valid Mississippi Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report and driving record

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Direct Support Staff to provide individually tailored supports which assist with the improvement in skills related to living in the community.
• Facilitate and/or provide services as appropriate to each individual's support needs.
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of paperwork required.
• Assure that staff maintains the cleanliness and organization of the Day Services building.
• Other duties as assigned.
