• Receive 2-week window information from Production Coordinator.
• Check liner availability in FileMaker for appropriate shift and transfer liners. Work with farm Inventory personnel for Great Plains / salable shift transfers.
• Verify Propagation liners in nursery for shift ups to make sure accurate quantity and rooted for shift. Work with inventory personnel as needed to verify salable shift.
• Check shipped in quantities for shift
• Let production coordinator know if liner plants are larger or smaller than expected for a particular shift. (especially bare root)
• Fill in all correct pick-up locations on work list/operational spreadsheet by working with inventory staff to verify liners in nursery. Tag liner group as needed, pending the situation and requirement to prevent confusion.
• Print can sheets.
• Request tags.
• Enter can sheets every evening. File completed can sheets as directed by production coordinator. Verify counts as directed. 
• Review leftover liners at pick up location and report to production coordinator
• Scrap and move sheet entry in FM for liners / flats after canning (Scrap or overproduction)
• Work with Operation Manager on a daily basic to keep production on track

Inventory-Crop Photos

• Learn crop cycles and help identify saleable material
• Work with Inventory team to get up to date crop photos based off list created in FileMaker. Move farm with busy time- Perennials (summer-quick changes) and Trees (full court press 3x a year)
• Help LR Inventory with tree caliper in late Sept/October

Additional Responsibilities:

GGOB- Engage your team and participate in GGOB as part of your daily work. Represent your Department/work area as a voice of the company and communicate any wins / issues to your supervisor.

Off season(10-1 to 3-1)- Assist dept 101 with maintenance activities including but not limited to; sticking, trimming, weeding, watering, canning, consolidating.
