Positive attitude and willing to learn the job and complete all tasks accurately and efficiently

Enjoys repetitive work with attention to detail and quality workmanship

Attendance is very important

Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day

At least 16 years old

Job Duties:

Prepare cuttings from plants for production indoors and/or outdoors

Process cuttings to meet quality standards

Plant cuttings on an assembly line

Must be able to meet set production standards

Move plant material within the greenhouse or nursery

Warehouse atmosphere, indoor/sitting-work in greenhouse setting

Other general greenhouse/nursery duties as assigned

Willing to work outside in all weather conditions when required

Tentative Summer Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday – 7:30am-4:00pm

Hourly wage for this position is $18.18/hour. *This position is exempt from the 1.5 times payrate for any hours worked over 40/week in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act Agriculture Exemption. All hours worked are paid at straight time.
