Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Avon Lake, Ohio; on-site

Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a hard-working Production Worker to join our team at our Avon Lake, Ohio facility. The Production Worker will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and safe production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment in accordance with prints and specifications, ensuring the accurate and efficient production of parts.
• Utilize various hand tools, grinders, polishers, and similar equipment as required to complete assigned tasks.
• Produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances, maintaining a focus on function, quality, and cosmetic requirements.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with specifications, performing quality checks to maintain standards.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of units produced, including documenting errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment, performing basic adjustments and routine maintenance as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team efforts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in equipment operation and production environment preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precision measurements.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
