High acuity Skilled Nursing facility searching for a Dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead their Clinical team! The qualities and attributes we're looking for include:

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with a valid license in Texas
• Previous long-term care experience as a DON
• Experience in performance management and effective leadership.
• Able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and government regulators, and to work cooperatively with others at all levels.
• Demonstrates understanding of State and Federal regulations that govern the practices of the facility.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

• Supervising experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Nursing: 5 years (Preferred)
• Director of Nursing: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• RN License (Required)
