Amazing property in Arington,,TX is looking for an assistant property manager/leasing agent for a 400 unit property.
- Friendly & Outgoing: Willing to provide exceptional customer service to our current and prospective customers! Offer tours of the facility to customers, show available units, and complete lease packets.
- Punctual & Reliable: Able to open and close the office on time, efficiently, and effectively. Must have reliable transportation and is required to work Saturdays.
- Efficient: Responsible for processing customer transactions, processing payments, and making daily deposits.
- Detail-Oriented: Execute all leasing documents; maintain all required tenant documentation in an orderly manner. Including, contracts and insurance. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Move-outs are walked, pictures, and description of the apartment at move-out with a detailed description of any damages.
- Effective: Control delinquencies through telephone contact, walking apartments, and letters on a scheduled basis.
- Team Player: Will need to work together with leasing specialists and will report to the property manager.
- Willing To Roll Up Your Sleeves: Ensure the cleanliness and curb appeal of the premises and notify management promptly regarding building and/or equipment repairs.
Job Requirements:
· High school degree or equivalent
· Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, hospitality, or related field
driver'sd driver license and reliable transportation for travel to perform essential duties
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including great written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Proficient computer skills and knowledge

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
