We are seeking a professional, goal-oriented, high energy, and hardworking individual to fill our Fleet Maintenance Manager position. The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing fleet asset and provide leadership and guidance to maintenance facility and their teams of supervisors and mechanics who provide services to our maintenance service to our fleet of over 150 Diesel Trucks.

This is a Full-time position.

Major Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance operations across all area region shops using industry best-practices to ensure all vehicle maintenance work is performed in an efficient, safe, and timely manner. Provide scheduling oversight to ensure team member performance increases productivity and minimizes labor expense. Continually monitor and improve facility performance to achieve effective and efficient service performance that minimizes downtime while maximizing cost containment.
• Manage inventory control of service parts to ensure necessary parts availability to reduce vehicle downtime while ensuring maximum cost containment.
• Maintain maintenance services in compliance with requirements and safety program.
• Manage service operations to ensure fleet compliance with procedural and safety requirements, and federal and state regulations.
• Develop effective processes to ensure all maintenance policies and records support efficient maintenance operations.
• Continually monitor facility performance and provide guidance to facility managers to achieve and maintain class-leading efficiencies and expense minimization.
• Provide guidance to, and management of, maintenance team members for all administrative and performance-related activities.

Position Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience in a leadership position of asset management
• 5 years’ experience managing multi-site fleet maintenance facilities Diesel trucks and 25 maintenance team members.
• Thorough knowledge of safe maintenance practices, and DOT, OSHA, and other applicable federal and state regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Manufacturers software for diagnoses of equipment issues.
• Knowledge of TMT maintenance software.

Commercial Drivers Licenses preferred but not Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
