PAY: $117,000- $132,000 DOE, EOE Medical, Vision, Dental, 403b Retirement

SHIFT: Scheduling is 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust for meetings or professional engagements as required. This position also requires on-call responsibilities.

This position provides leadership and overall responsibility for the management of the Medical-Surgical unit, Stroke Program, and Swing Bed Program. The manager has the responsibility and authority for directing the management and clinical practice, hiring and firing within the department. He/she acts, when appointed, in the absence of the CNO.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Currently licensed as an RN in Washington State
• Current BLS, ACLS, PAL and TNCC certification
• Five (5) years of recent (within the last seven years) relevant experience in a Med/Surg department.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a charge nurse or one year of management experience.
