Essential Duties:

• Services and cleans restrooms of set customer base on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning and sanitizing all ceramic and tiled restroom surfaces using customized cleaning equipment.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Primary duties involve driving a customized company-owned van to and from numerous customer accounts throughout the day.
• Lifts and carries the sanitizing equipment into and out of customer accounts.
• Responsible to grow the route by selling additional products to current customer accounts.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and pro-active problem solving.
• Maintains cleanliness of company van and equipment.
• Cleans and maintains the sanitizing equipment.
• Specific routes and customers are assigned in order to build rapport with customers serviced.
• Participates in company process-improvement teams.
• Maintains a clean and professional working area.
• Follows company procedures.
• Follows dress code to maintain a professional appearance.
• Completes other tasks as assigned.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Requires a valid driver’s license with a For-hire endorsement.
• Must pass a DOT physical prior to employment.
• Must pass drug/alcohol screening.
• Is generally guided by established policy and procedures but receives daily/weekly guidance from superior for all projects, customer service issues and miscellaneous items.
• Attention to detail is a must as errors may involve loss of customers.
• Requires ability to use handheld pc, keyboard, monitor, phone, calculator, printer, and copier.
• Requires ability to communicate verbally with others.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and maintain organization.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires maximum physical effort.
• Required to sit for extended periods,
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, lift, push and walk.
• Must be able to drive a truck/step van.
• Maximum unassisted lift = 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, enter and use efficiently a handheld computer.
• Ability to use telephone to communicate with customers and internal support personnel.
• Gloves are recommended.

Environmental Requirements:

• Outside air temperatures during all seasons.
• Including extreme heat/humidity during summer and cold during winter season.
• At times, extreme odors or unclean product.
