• This position is responsible for scanning tickets, selling admission and parking tickets & season passes as guests enter the park.

• This position is responsible for the operation of the Season Pass office and the Parking lot.

• · Prior cash register and/or money handling experience a plus.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guest Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to guests. Abide by all guest service standards and code of conduct guidelines established in the Team Member handbook.

• Safety: Wild Waves Theme & Water Park is a Safety-First workplace; the promotion of a safe working environment and elimination of safety hazards is a key function of all positions.

• Teamwork: Employees must work together towards the common goals of the park while maintaining a respectful and efficient work environment.

• Cleanliness: Keep the work location and the Park clean and sanitary for Guests, as well as fellow employees. Cleaning duties may require standing, stooping, and bending to pick up trash and debris and the use of cleaning tools and chemicals.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties and responsibilities are required to be performed by the person filling this position. To perform the job successfully, the person must possess the abilities and aptitudes to perform each duty and responsibility proficiently.

• Greeting: Greet arriving guests, while providing them with a map and giving directions as required.

• Ticket Sales: Sell tickets and season pass to guests; accepting valid discount offers and coupons; and up-selling as appropriate. Process all sale transactions in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ticket Taking: Scan tickets and season passes as each guest enters the park, while checking for authenticity.

• Season Pass Processing: Assist guests with purchasing, processing and utilizing their seasons pass. This includes data entry of each season pass holder’s information in a confidential manner.

• Parking Sales: Sell parking tickets and season parking passes to guests; accepting valid discount offers and coupons; and up-selling as appropriate. Process all sale transactions in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure the booth lines for parking are moving at a quick pace without compromising the guests’ experience. Monitor the parking lot capacity.

• Parking Lot Flow: Direct traffic at designated locations; including the Employee Parking lot, General Parking lot entrance and exit, Bus parking and the VIP area.

• Cash Handling: Abide by all Cash Handling policies and procedures as outlined in the Team Member handbook.

• Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the ticket booths, the ticket scanning area, the general Front Gate and Parking area and the Will Call and Guest Relations offices and back areas.

• Other Duties as Assigned: Additional duties may be assigned based on the needs of the department and the park
