Purpose of Position:

Thispositionisresponsiblefortheoperationofrideattractions,whilemaintainingthehigheststandardsofsafety.

Abilitytocommunicateeffectivelyandappropriatelywithguests,co-workersandmanagement.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

GuestService:Providefriendlyandhelpfulservicetoguests.Abidebyallguestservicestandardsandcodeofconductguidelines establishedintheTeamMemberhandbook.

Safety:WildWavesTheme&WaterParkisaSafety-Firstworkplace;thepromotionofasafeworkingenvironmentandeliminationof safetyhazardsisakeyfunctionofallpositions.

Teamwork:Employeesmustworktogethertowardsthecommongoalsoftheparkwhilemaintainingarespectfulandefficientwork environment.

Cleanliness:KeeptheworklocationandtheParkcleanandsanitaryforGuests,aswellasfellowemployees.Cleaningdutiesmay requirestanding,stooping,andbendingtopickuptrashanddebrisandtheuseofcleaningtoolsandchemicals.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greeting:Greeteachguestthatapproachesyourrideinatimelyfashionandensurepropersafetyinformationisrelayed.

OperatingtheRides:Check each rider for proper height and rider requirements, deliver a safety spiel to each rider, fastening any safety devices and enforcing safety rules and regulations while allowing the guests to safely enjoy the attraction. Performing pre- operational safety checks throughout the day to ensure safe operation.

Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the ride, ride loading/unloading zones, ride restricted areas and back areas.
