Tokyo Steak House is a business in Bellevue, WA. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Create executive experience to our customers with delicate sushi. We are looking for professional chef who could provide energy, happy environment both to restaurant and customers while maintaining hygiene, food inventory, working with an attention to fullfuill an high volume orders within quality standards.

We are Hiring both Sushi Chef, and Prep Chef.

The Chef will be responsible for making sushi and other menu items, while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Chefs will work in close collaboration with other kitchen staff and colleagues and are responsible for adhering to established health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Managing food inventory and orders to minimize waste
• Preping and managing foods to provide best quality for a day
• Ensuring high quality of food preparation and customer service consistent with Wild Wasabi requirements and procedures
• Prepare sushi menu items to order and within specified time
• Comply with our quality standards and food safety standards
• Proper handling of kitchen equipment and appliances
• Clean and sanitize work areas during and after shifts
• Assist and support fellow team members

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
