Team members are the foundation of the Wild Goose’s operation, completing orders, keeping the café clean, and providing guest with an outstanding experience.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Back of House Team Member to join our team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in preparing tasty but simple food for our guests. This position requires a strong attention to detail, an ability to be quick on your feet and a customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Contribute ideas for new dishes

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role is strongly preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with preparing multiple recipes at once
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
