POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Our company is seeking an experienced Account Executive with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. In this role, you'll manage a substantial portfolio, acting as a strategic liaison overseeing service delivery, renewal preparation, and marketing. Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients is paramount, along with proactive support for obtaining, expanding, and maintaining commercial accounts. Collaborating with producers, you'll foster client relationships and ensure an outstanding client experience, driving retention. Deep insurance knowledge across multiple carriers is essential, as is the ability to connect on a personal level, aiming to deliver a WOW experience that cultivates lifelong client relationships.
