Wholeview Psychological Services, PLLC is a group psychotherapy practice, and Wholeview Wellness, LLC is an OASAS-licensed treatment program that provides addiction services, both of which are based in New York, NY. This practice seeks an intake coordinator to help patients move smoothly into care. Our programs provide exceptional care for people struggling with addiction and mental health challenges and we are seeking team members who share our passion!

At Wholeview you will work with an expert team of clinicians who are providing the highest quality care to patients who need it the most!

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming calls from potential patients and referral sources
• Answers questions and conduct thorough phone screenings to gather demographic information
• Schedule appointments based on providers' availability and abilities
• Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment upon initial contact with each patient in addition to providing a warm handoff to providers
• Accurately collect all required information and enter all patient screening/intake information into the electronic medical record system
• Verify all patient insurance benefits, co-payments, pre-authorizations
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Multi-task and effectively problem-solve
• Performs other duties as assigned and needed

Job Requirements

• Strong computer skills required
• Outpatient Addiction experience preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records systems and Zoom required
• Customer friendly communication skills
• Must work in midtown Manhattan 5 days per week

Educational Requirements

• CRPA or CASAC is a plus
• BA required

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
