Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deli Manager to join our team. As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality food standards. Duties: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the deli department, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards - Train and supervise deli staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering orders and special events - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner - Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent kitchen management skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation practices - Knowledge of inventory control procedures to minimize waste and ensure product availability - Experience working with Aloha POS system is preferred - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively If you are passionate about food, have proven leadership abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Deli Manager.
