As a Compensation Analyst, you will be instrumental in working closely with our international Employee Success team and business leaders to conduct and maintain compensation benchmarking, ensure the highest level of data integrity, and curate a pay-for-performance rewards culture. Reporting to the Global Compensation Manager, you will play a key role in facilitation of our compensation review cycles, partner with stakeholders across the business to institute fair and market-competitive compensation practices, and drive special projects in Total Rewards.
