Accounts Payable (Codes and enters invoices, weekly check run, reconciles Vendor statements
Main checking account register (Enters deposits, check runs and misc.)
Daily cash reports
Yearly 1099's
Requirements
Must be able to problem solve.
Computer knowledge with Microsoft Office and Excel software.
Must have an accounting degree.
Must have at least 2 years of accounting experience.
Must be proficient in Excel.
Must be willing to undergo a background screening for this position.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Ability to work independently with great communication skills, both verbal and written.
Paid internship.
