Description

Whitebirch, Inc. is seeking a full time year round Accounting Specialist to join their team. This candidate must be well organized with excellent communication skills and time management skills. Working hours are from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Requirements

Duties, Skills & Qualifications:

• Responsible for all accounting functions.
• Process and deposit all cash receipts.
• Accounts payable duties.
• Bank reconciliation of bank accounts and budgets. 
• Must be able to problem solve. 
• Computer knowledge with Microsoft Office and Excel software.
• Must have an Accounting Degree.
• Must have at least 2 years of accounting experience. 
• Must be proficient in Excel.
• Must be willing to undergo a background screening for this position.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently with great communication skills, both verbal and written.
