Bedford Nursing & Reahbilitation Center is seeking an RN Unit Manager for long term care unit to join our team!

We are focused on resident centered care and always striving to raise the bar in clinical excellence. We are looking for this individual to be responsible for overseeing and ensuring excellent resident care with their unit and facility.

We seek RN candidates who is flexible, caring and also a supportive team member that work well with others to join our clinical team. We constantly show our appreciation to our team players and help them further develop clinical expertise and grow as health care professional.

RN Position Types:

FULL TIME (Monday - Friday)

  • Must have current New Hampshire License
Position Highlights
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage to provide safe nursing care.
Participate with the interdisciplinary team in developing, implementing and evaluating ways to achieve patient goals and minimize rehospitalizations.
Mentor and educate nurses, working with physicians and other medical professionals, and serve as a resource to all staff within the nursing unit regarding the quality of services provided.
Oversee medication management to ensure adequate supplies and that all medications are handled in accordance to policy
Provide direct patient care along with the other unit nurses to maintain skills.
