White Oak Healthcare is Hiring a Medical Records / Facility Resource Purchaser Near Bedford, NH

·Maintain work area, supply rooms and supplies.

·Always maintain professional appearance and personal conduct.

·Establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff, and management.

·Completes all Med B billing (catheters, etc.)

·Obtain prior approvals for all residents.

·Order- (nursing/housekeeping/laundry/therapy) supplies as needed/directed while maintain stock and putting away inventory. Responsible for inventory control process. Tracking and recording expenses per department budget.

·Specify all General Ledgers for orders and track expenses for cost reporting compliance.

·Printing and separating North Wing and West Wing Purchase Orders monthly, distributing to Unit clerks for processing.

·Oversee medical records system.

·Complete regular cost comparison analysis as directed.

·Pursue capital quotes as directed.

·All admission ICD 10 coding.

·Closing in a timely manner all west wing and north wing charts.

·Making sure all consents are signed and residents seen as needed for podiatry, optometry, otology, dental. Assure all paperwork complete and faxed as needed keeping main binder up to date and complete.

·ICD 10 coding for in house residents’ new diagnosis.

·Complete, accurate and up to date record keeping.

·Follow up on test results of residents.

·Obtaining all hospital/MD/Specialty records for new admissions.

·Obtaining ER records for residents that go out to hospital.

·Assisting MDS with audits as needed.

·Assisting MDS with paperwork that is needed.

·Assisting in chart audits as requested.

·Identify (with others) par level for departmental resource/supply needs.

·Organize and clean the stocking area (at par levels) and maintain.

·Complete coding for all new admits and for all new diagnosis added.

·Keep all OTC’s stocked in main supply.

·Maintain all MSDS records for existing and new purchases.

·Keeping supply room clean organized and stocked.

·Complete monthly audits of OTC’s and keeping track of what is expired.

·Complete infection control and safety surveillance papers as given.

·Work on misc. projects as requested by Administrator and DON
