Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds navigate challenging life situations. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support, counseling, and advocacy to those in need.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients of various age groups, including pediatrics and seniors
- Offer case management services to coordinate care and resources for clients
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients towards positive change
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
