**Position: Logistics Manager**

**Overview:**

As the Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our delivery personnel to ensure the highest level of service delivery while adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing warehouse operations efficiently to optimize inventory management and streamline logistical processes. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong leadership capabilities to drive performance and maintain operational excellence.

**Job Responsibilities:**

1. **Team Management:**

- Supervise and lead the delivery personnel team, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.

- Ensure all team members are adequately trained on company policies, safety procedures, and delivery protocols.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.

2. **Service Quality Assurance:**

- Monitor delivery operations to ensure adherence to service standards and customer expectations.

- Address any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

3. **Compliance and Policy Adherence:**

- Enforce compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies governing transportation, logistics, and warehouse operations.

- Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure full compliance and mitigate potential risks.

- Develop and implement procedures to ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of all logistical activities.

4. **Warehouse Operations Management:**

- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods and materials, maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet demand.

5. **Performance Analysis and Reporting:**

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery performance, warehouse efficiency, and inventory accuracy.

- Analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for optimization.

6. **Continuous Improvement Initiatives:**

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse operations to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and increase profitability.

- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging feedback and participation in improvement efforts.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and technology integration to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, logistics principles, and warehouse management best practices.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
