Whistle Express Car Wash is Hiring a Site Manager Near Hendersonville, TN

Summary: This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at one of our express wash locations. The Site Manager is tasked with leading training and development of staff, ensuring operational standards are being met, overseeing site-level profitability, and instilling a positive environment for both customers and employees. The Site Manager is expected to deliver growth and customer satisfaction at their location.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Promotes sales, manages expenses, and maximizes profitability through P&L management.*

2. Recruits, develops, and motivates teams to deliver the company's vision; customer experience and financial strategies for the store.*

3. Training of Associates – Evaluate performance and set goals.*

4. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized overall site appearance.*

5. Oversees preventative maintenance programs.*

6. Provides excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.*

7. Maintains accurate records and documentation as required.*

8. Ensures adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures, and processes.*

9. Maintains and imposes a professional appearance and attitude at all times.*

10. Other duties as assigned.*

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises 8-15 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications:

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
