Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. Duties:

· Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts.

· Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.

· Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.

· Train new employees on job duties, company policies, and safety procedures

· Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions.

· Assist with food preparation and cooking as necessary.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Prepare Superior food items according to company standards and recipes.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area.

· Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

· Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

· Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving restaurant operations.

· This position requires the ability to read bags and printed ticket orders.

· Must be able to work independently and as well as a part of team.

· Must be able to lift and move boxes, sweep and mop floors, able to use equipment such as utensils, knives, brooms, mops, etc.

· Must be 18 years of age or older to join our team.

· Must be able to provide proof of work authorization before the start date.

· Willingness to learn and grow is an important skill.

Skills:

· Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry role is preferred but not required.

· Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures

· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner.

· Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods

· Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

· Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work well within a team and motivate others.
